Biography
eCommerce B2c Observatory Director, Politecnico di Milano
Valentina Pontiggia graduated in Management Engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain and a Master's degree in General Management from the Politecnico di Milano. In 2010, after a brief stint in strategic consulting, she began working for the Digital Innovation Observatories of the School of Management at the Politecnico di Milano. She is currently Director of the Digital Innovation in Retail Observatory (since 2015), the B2c eCommerce Observatory (since 2017) and the Digital&Sustainable Observatory (since 2023).
