ABI Servizi S.p.A. (hereinafter also “ABI Servizi”) intends to provide, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”) and Legislative Decree 101/2018, which supplements and amends Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”), some information on the processing of personal data concerning you.

In order to fulfil the purposes described below, the Company may choose to make use of Persons specifically designated as External Data Processors.

CATEGORIES OF DATA, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The personal data provided will be processed by the Data Controller ABIServizi S.p.A., in partially automated form, in order to a) manage and execute your request for registration and/or participation in the event (this may involve sending communications related to the services requested); b) comply with legal or regulatory obligations or public body requirements; c) transmit the data to partner companies in events organised by ABIEventi in the banking, financial, insurance, ICT, communication, marketing, security and services sectors so that you may receive updates on their offers and initiatives of potential interest to you; d) receive the Bancaforte newsletter and the Bancaforte Speciali newsletter on ABIServizi events containing all the information on the event and the players involved; e) send by post, fax or email and phone information on ABIServizi S. p.A. initiatives, promotional material on products and/or info-training services, events and publishing products; f) perform profiling activities in order to improve services offered and commercial communications; g) allow the recording of images/footage of the initiative, which is carried out in dual mode (live and streaming); h) preserve the images/footage of the initiative for the archival and documentary purposes of ABIServizi S.p.A.

The processing of data for the purposes referred to in points a), b) and g) is necessary for the execution of the pre-contractual measures you have requested, the related performances/services and for the fulfilment of related regulatory obligations; the provision of data for these purposes is compulsory and any refusal will make it impossible to fulfil the request.

With regard to purposes c), d), e) and f), you have the option to give or withhold your consent; any refusal to provide data or give consent for such purposes will not affect your request for registration and participation in the event. You are nevertheless entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.

The legal basis for purpose h) is the legitimate interest of ABIServizi in documenting and preserving footage of events held.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING
LProfiling, performed subject to your specific consent, consists of an automated decision-making process using an algorithm that will decide which communications are best suited to your profile or may be of most interest to you. The processing carried out in this way has expected consequences, such as for example, the sending of commercial communications or invitations to events considered to be of interest, etc. You may, in any case, exercise your rights as explained in the paragraph specifically on “RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS”.

STORAGE PERIOD
Your data will be stored for the time required to provide the services requested and to manage the related administrative and regulatory fulfilments. With regard to the purposes referred to in points c) and d), the data will be stored for 2 years after the last communication sent (without prejudice to your right to object at any time to receiving such communications). Lastly, with regard to the purpose of point f), your data will be stored for 1 year from the date of collection and that of point g) will be stored for 2 years from the date of collection.

SCOPE OF THE DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA AND RECIPIENT CATEGORIES
Your data will be processed by persons acting under the direct authority of ABIServizi S.p.A. and may be transmitted to third parties who, as data processors, perform administrative, organisational and technical support activities on behalf of ABIServizi S.p.A. (e.g. secretarial services, IT services, technical assistance and social media networks).

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EU
As a rule, your personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries. If the Data Controller finds that such a transfer is necessary to pursue its purposes, it will adopt all the guarantees provided by regulations in force.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
You may at any time exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access to data concerning you and its eventual rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition to processing, portability, and, where applicable, withdrawal of consent, where given) and may request an updated list of the subjects to whom the data may be transmitted by contacting the Data Controller, with offices in Rome, 00186 - Piazza del Gesù 49, email [email protected] and/or the Data Protection Officer, at Piazza del Gesù 49 – 00186 Rome, email [email protected], without prejudice to your right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
