How can I sign up?
You need to press the “SIGN-UP” button to sign up
How do I enter the new website? Is my registration still valid?
If you want to access your members-only area on the new website, you will have to create a new password by following the instructions below:
- Click on the SIGN-UP button
- Choose the dates you want
- Click on the SIGN-UP button again
- A window will appear, asking you to enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD > N.B. The old password is no longer valid so you will have to click on “Reset password”;
- Enter the email address to which you would like the password-reset link to be sent
- When the email arrives, follow the link and enter the new password > N.B. The password must be at least 12 characters in length and include at least one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter, a number and a special character
- After which, you will be able to access your members-only area
Is admission to the event free?
There is no admission fee. The event is free for everyone
Is registration valid for all three days?
You are free to choose which days you wish to attend
Is registration for the previous edition valid for this year too?
No, you must register again if you want to attend this year’s edition. Use your existing credentials to sign up for the new event
I've changed my email address/I signed up with my personal email and want to change it. What should I do?
You need to sign up again with a new email
How can I sign my colleagues up? Do they have to do it themselves or can I do it as a Partner?
Each person must sign up for themselves. Only a Partner account with access to the members-only area can enter details of any colleagues they wish to invite (name, surname & email). The colleagues will then receive a badge providing them with access to the event
How can I download my badge?
You can download your badge directly from the website by going to your section of the members-only area. If you encounter problems, you can ask for a copy from the official desk when you get to the event
Can two people alternate attendance at the event and share one single badge?
No, each participant must have their own personal badge
Do you need to provide proof of ID when you arrive?
No, you are not required to show an identity document at the admissions desk
Where can I collect my badge if I haven't been able to print it?
Badges are available from the admissions desk when you arrive at the event
Do I have to print the badge before arriving at the event?
We recommend you do so in order to avoid queuing
How can I print the badge if I don't have a printer?
You can print the badge at the admissions desk when you arrive
Can I take part in more than one session at the same time?
Parallel sessions take place in various rooms during the same time slot. This means that you cannot take part in more than one session at the same time unless you leave a session halfway through
Can I enter a room without signing up for a session?
You can go in anyway if there are free seats. Obviously, registered users take precedence over non-registered ones. It is always a better idea to sign up in advance to avoid disappointment
Do I have access to both the exhibition grounds and the rooms with my badge?
Yes, your badge guarantees access to the event as a whole
Can I stream the event to a device?
No, the event is in-person only
Is the event inclusive with facilities for various disabilities?
There are lifts and bathrooms for the disabled, but no sign-language interpreters
Has a translation system been arranged? If so, only in English?
A translation service has been provided for some sessions. Simultaneous translation will be available in ita/eng/ita
Can I get hold of the speakers’ talks even without following a session?
The addresses of the various speakers (as long as they give their permission) will be available on the website after the event. Everything will be made available for you even if you were unable to attend

What time can I enter the Allianz MiCo Convention Centre on the three days of the event?
The Allianz MiCo Centre is open from 9 a.m. onwards
If I’m a partner who needs to set up their stand, how early can I get into the Allianz MiCo Convention Centre?
The centre will open for partners at 7.30 a.m. on the first day and at 8 a.m. on the remaining two days
Have provisions been made for anyone with food intolerances?
There are cafés and eateries within the exhibition grounds which also provide food for anyone with intolerances
Is there a partner car park available?
No, there are no arrangements with the car parks
Do the speakers have a reserved parking spot?
No, parking spaces have not been reserved
