Biography

Rossella Cardone is Head of ESG & Sustainability at Nexi Group, the leading digital payments company in Europe. She has a long international career, with experience in telecommunication at Ericsson, where she worked for 20 years in leading roles in engineering, innovation, and sustainability, and in the automotive sector at Jaguar Land Rover, where, as Group Sustainability Head, she led the transition to carbon net-zero by 2039. She holds a master's degree in mathematics, she has been pan-European coordinator of public-private projects to introduce new sustainable energy solutions in the market, she was included in Forbes Italy's "100 Successful Women" list in 2023 for her commitment to innovation and sustainability.
