PATRICK PAPSDORF

Biography

Patrick Papsdorf is Head of the Rulebook Division in the Digital Euro Directorate of the European Central Bank (ECB) and Chair of the Digital Euro Rulebook Development Group (RDG). Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Payments Oversight at the ECB, where he was responsible for the oversight of payment systems and schemes, as well as cyber resilience. Earlier, he was an Adviser at the ECB in the area of market infrastructure management for TARGET Services. Before joining the ECB, Patrick held positions at the Deutsche Bundesbank, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and a German commercial bank.
