PAOLO SPOLLON

Biography

He graduated in Law, until mid-nineties he deals with corporate restructuring and industrial development, growing his professional experience not only on the Italian market but also in Japan and the US. In 1997 he starts his career as General Manager in Battistolli Group, a pool of companies dealing with broad-spectrum security. In 2013 he is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Battistolli Group Holding, an industrial reality with over 6700 employees and 74 operational offices, revenues in excess of ? 390 million, operating throughout the country, providing integrated security services ranging from cash and valuable management and transit, from safety to technological security. Today, he is Member of the Board of Directors of ESTA -European Security Transport Association - an european association which represents the most important multinational companies of Cash in Transit e Cash Management; also appointed Deputy Chairman of Assovalori in 2007 - Italian association of the most important companies for the transport of valuables and in 2017 he is appointed Vice president of ANIVP, an association that counts, amongst its members, a significant number of companies dealing with subsidiary supervision, moreover, with the appointment of the Minister of the Interior, he is a member of the Central Advisory Commission for the activities referred to in Article 134 of the T.U.L.P.S.
