Biography

With over 30 years of experience, he recovered C-roles in the IT organizations of market infrastructure like Borsa Italiana, Monte Titoli, LSEG, and Euronext Group, leading major post-trading initiatives across Europe, such as the migration to T2S and the design of a pan-European post trade information system and supporting Business to figure out how to leverage innovation for new business models. As a Monte Titoli CTO, he recovered roles in the T2S governance model as a member of the Operations Manager Group (OMG), other than as a Settlement and Crisis Manager. The latest C-roles: Group CTO Post Trading Technologies - Euronext Group from April 2021 to January 2024 Fostered the integration and development of the information systems and the IT organization across the four CSDs. CIO Post Trade Italy - London Stock Exchange Group from February 2018 to March 2021 Managed the adoption of new innovative technologies to modernize the information systems and improve the efficiency. Since 2024, he serves as a Business Advisor in the Financial Services Industry at Deloitte Consulting, where he focuses on the implications of regulatory and operational changes for capital markets. In the last months, he has been actively analyzing the impact of the transition from T+2 to T+1 settlement cycle in Europe, supporting clients in adapting their operating models and technology systems to the evolving market landscape.
