PAOLA DEANTONI

Biography

Paola Deantoni has a long professional experience and a deep and broad knowledge of the rules of the Italian and foreign market in the securities services field. She regularly collaborates on projects developed within national and international working groups such as ABI, SWIFT and ECB, with a focus on SHRDII, CSDR, TARGET 2 Securities, Faster and in particular the European T+1 project as co-lead of the Trade Matching & Allocation TW. In addition of being EMEA Regional Director at the Securities Market Practice Group (SMPG), she holds the following roles: Chair for Post trading WG at AMF Italy. Co-lead of Asset servicing PTPC in Italy. Coordinator of the CMG ECB T2S tax subgroup. Member of the post-trade advisory group at ESMA and of the FASTER initiative coordinated by the European Commission. Participation in several working groups for the management of the European project T+1.
