Senior Compliance and Financial Crime professional with over 15 years of international experience across banking and payment institutions in the United Kingdom and Europe. Throughout my career, I am specialised in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and regulatory compliance frameworks, leading strategic initiatives to strenghten governance, risk management, and operational integrity in highly regulated environements. Before my current appointment as CPC Manager and Italy MLRO at Lemonway SAS, I've held senior roles in London-based global banks, including JPMorgan, HSBC, Nomura and Wells Fargo, where I supported Financial Crime Operations and large-scale compliance transformation programmes.
