MAURIZIO DE STEFANO

Biography

Born in Venaria Reale (Turin) on December 3, 1980. I joined the Sella Group as my first job in 2001 as operator in the central Turin area, later moving to the headquarters in Biella. In 2005, I began my experience in the post-trading world, first as a settlement desk operator (foreign and domestic), then expanding my duties to head of the same desk and then all back-office activities (corporate actions and databases). In 2012, I was appointed Head of Group Headquarters (Banca Sella Holding) for all systemic planning and operational aspects of post-trading processes, participating in particular in the T2s experience (2015). In 2019, I'm also expanding my focus to include relationships with cash (correspondents) and information providers, allowing me to gain a 360° view of all process aspects related to the securities and cash world.
