Biography

Matthieu is currently an advisor at Banque de France, supporting their wholesale CBDC work and leading some of the experiments conducted with public and private sector participants in the last 4 years. After 25 years in top tier banks, delivering and selling Foreign Exchange (FX) execution and hedging products for custody clients, he became freelance consultant, expert in FX, cash management, custody, digital assets and currencies.
