Biography

Luca Lucchesi is an international customer success and client engagement leader with deep roots in banking and fintech. He began his career at Intesa Sanpaolo in Italy before moving to Dubai and then to the UK, where he led Data Governance and Transformation at TSB Bank and HSBC. These experiences shaped his understanding of how financial institutions build trust, deliver value, and adapt to the evolving needs of customers across different markets. Luca later transitioned into the SaaS and fintech space with companies such as Thought Machine and Tealium, helping global banks modernise their technology and strengthen customer engagement across EMEA. Having lived and worked in three countries, Luca brings a truly international perspective on customer success, innovation, and digital transformation.
