Currently, the role involves managing the economic, financial, and asset affairs of a company with an estimated 2026 turnover of ?800 million. Previous professional experience focused on corporate law, specifically addressing accounting and tax-related financial statement issues for commercial enterprises-operating in sectors such as finance, real estate, large-scale food retail, film, pharmaceuticals, electricity generation, aerospace engineering, and shipbuilding-as well as for non-commercial entities and associations (specifically in professional football). The role entails ongoing coordination with major auditing firms. Assignments have also been undertaken as a Court-Appointed Technical Expert. Significant experience has been gained in business valuation and in providing advisory services to companies in the film/audiovisual, pharmaceutical, and large-scale food retail sectors.
