Financial Engineer, graduate degree in Law, graduate degree in Econometrics, postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance, is also graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (SciencesPo Paris). Started his career at MATIF SA to create future and options contracts (financial & commodities) Former C.E.O. of the C.R.I. French Market Infrastructure for High Value Payment (including TARGET) over 10 years. Former C.O.O. of LCH SA, the French Clearing House (Part au LSEG) Since May 2015, he is Chief Executive Officer of SEPAmail.eu, the French infrastructure in charge of secured messaging scheme that cover as well IBAN verification, E-invoicing Presentment and Payment and banking account’ switching digitalisation. Expert on E-Invoicing and Request To Pay (RTP), French representative designated by the French banking community as member and co-chair of the EPC/ERPB E-Invoice Presentment &Payment Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG) and since 2024, Chairman of the EPC RTP TF. Member the EPC SPAA MSG, EPC VOP WG & API STF, EDS JWB and Co-chairman of the EPC API Security Framework JWB. Board member of the E-Invoicing French Forum (FNFE) and of the French Payment Forum. SEPAmail.eu with its DIAMOND2 Application is one of the Routing & Verification Mechanism (RVM) for Verification of Payee (VoP) put in place at Instant Payment Regulation Level.
