
Irene Checchi began her professional career in 2000, following the completion of a degree in Educational Sciences and a Master's in Human Resources Management. She initially worked in the field of human resources across various organizations, focusing first on recruitment and later transitioning to training and development. In 2005, she joined Emil Banca, where she continues to work to this day, taking on the role of Head of Training, Recruitment, and Development. In 2013, she embarked on a horizontal career path that led her to assume managerial responsibilities within the commercial area. Subsequently, she oversaw the launch of a new territorial marketing office, which she later expanded to include sustainability initiatives. Since 2023, she has held the position of Head of People and Well-being, with full responsibility for coordinating all human resources activities across the organization.
