Biography
He works at ABI Lab, the Research and Innovation Centre promoted by the Italian Banking Association, which carries out research activities on innovative technologies and systems applicable to the banking sector, with the aim of improving processes and operations and making management models and interactions between banks and customers even more efficient and advanced. He is Co-Head of Research and also coordinates the Digital Transformation area, managing several working groups and research activities, including the Digital Banking Observatory, the Banking Contact Center Observatory and the Processes & Organization Observatory. He holds a degree in Statistical Sciences. Before joining ABI Lab, he worked in other areas of the Italian Banking Association, at Consip and at ENI.
