Biography

Managing Director Accenture | Core Banking, Digital Transformation & AI | Financial Services Managing Director at Accenture in the Financial Services Technology sector, with over 25 years of experience leading digital transformation programs in the banking sector, with a particular focus on Core Banking, digital channels, and AI applications to support the evolution of new operating models. I have gained significant international experience (Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Austria, Romania), leading practice development programs, new client execution, and organizational setup. Since 2016, I have been working steadily in the Italian market and have contributed to the implementation of major digital platform modernization initiatives for major banking and private banking institutions. I am currently responsible as Technology Lead for several clients in the Private Banking and Mid-Size Insurance sector, ensuring end-to-end governance of account planning, execution, quality, and strategic return on investment. Since 2019, I have also held the role of Executive Quality Assurance for opportunities and delivery in the Banking & Financial Services area, with a particular focus on expanding the business into CEG markets. I have developed vertical expertise in defining and executing complex deals, from digital architecture to new cloud-based models and the adoption of generative AI solutions. My management style is geared towards building cohesive, inclusive, and highly accountable teams. I graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federico II University of Naples and have been with Accenture since 1998. I am married with two wonderful daughters and pursue my passion for the sea on weekends.
