Biography
Gino Gai has 40 years of experience in the banking sector, gained in the fields of Information Technology, Infrastructure and Payment Systems. First at ICCRI, then at ICBPI with a period as a consultant at ABI and subsequently at Nexi and DEPObank, he has held various positions of responsibility: Project Leader, CIO, Risk Manager, Business Developer and Operations Manager. Since March 2021, he has been at the helm of the Payments Department at BFF Bank SpA, where he is responsible for business development, with a constant focus on customer satisfaction and new market trends. Gino represents BFF at the main national institutional tables (Bank of Italy, ABI, EPC, SME Guarantee Fund, etc.) and in international working groups; he is a director of the National Association of Payment Managers and the Extenso Pension Fund.
