Biography

Enrico Ugoletti, a Partner at EY and the leader of Technology Transformation for Financial Services in Italy, has over fifteen years of experience in the banking sector and eight years in consulting. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Brescia and began his career at an international company, managing IT projects for European firms. He served as Deputy CIO at a major banking group, where he led infrastructure modernization and digital development. He also oversaw the IT merger between Italy's first and third largest banks, eventually becoming responsible for ICT Global Governance. At EY, he supports the digital transformation of financial institutions, with expertise in banking systems, M&A, outsourcing, digital strategies, IT governance, cloud, data governance, and cybersecurity.
