Biography
I'm extremely passionate about defend my customers' payments and digital experience. Head of Antifraud and Customer protection center of Intesa Sanpaolo since 2021, I'm very proud to be part of a so ethical and motivated team. Throughout my career I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to most difficult problems. I like to think that I'm an atypical computer science engineer, with big creativity and a strong focus on the goal. In the past I have been digital channels' manager on business side, giving me the opportunity to better understand the customer needs and how to better improve the cybersecurity strategy
