Responsible for the solutions that TAS Group directs to the capital market for trading system platforms, back office and compliance. David Mogini has over thirty years of experience in consulting services (Deloitte Consulting and Everis) and advisory services (Gartner) focused on investment banks, commercial banks, asset management companies, leasing, factoring, and insurance. He has held leadership positions in the Financial Services sector and in the Service Line of consulting services, digital and organizational transformation teams for leading Italian and international banking groups in the following areas: . Business strategy and M&A . Open finance and Innovation strategy . IT strategy, IT architecture . Modernization program of legacy systems . IT System integration programs . Operations Transformation In the capital market field, David worked on application transformation programs on the main trading and treasury applications (front office, back office, accounting, market risk and compliance). In the payment sector, David led programs for the design and implementation of payment hubs, instant payments, payment gateways, payment compliance.
