DANILA DE STEFANO

Biography

Born in Naples in 1992, Danila De Stefano graduated in Clinical Psychology from Sapienza University and moved to London, working as a research assistant at Goldsmiths and in psychiatric clinics and charities. As an expat, she struggled to find psychological support in her native language, which inspired Unobravo, founded in 2019. Today Unobravo is a Benefit Corporation offering online and in-person psychological support in Italy, Spain and France, with over 9,500 psychologists, over 500,000 people supported and a core team of 270. Committed to fighting mental health stigma. Her honors include Forbes Italia Under 30 (2021), EY Entrepreneur of the Year, startup category (2022), Forbes' 100 Successful Italian Women and Fortune Italia's 40 Under 40 (2024), and the "Visionary" award at the CEO Italian Summit & Awards. Vice President of Giovani Imprenditori Milano since 2024 and, since June 2026, on the Board of Directors of Endeavor Italy.
