Biography

Daniele Paparotti is CEO of CGN Fintech, the Bank of Italy-authorised Payment Institution of Gruppo Servizi CGN, a Benefit Corporation based in Pordenone that has supported professionals, businesses and taxpayers in Italy’s tax ecosystem for over thirty years. CGN Fintech’s mission is to turn tax obligations into simple, instant and compliant digital payments, combining its own licences with the CGN Group’s tax expertise. Since November 2021 he has led the company’s business development and operations. CGN Fintech is a technology bridge and a B2B and B2C enabler of innovative payment services, Open Banking and beyond, for banks, neobanks, wallets and large merchants. Its innovation focuses on where payments meet tax: a highly regulated field in which the company turns rigour and compliance into simple user experiences. Under his leadership, CGN Fintech is establishing itself as Italy’s first Fiscal Fintech. This is reflected in DetraGO, the only instant “bonifico parlante” (tax-deduction bank transfer) that automates payments linked to tax deductions directly at checkout or in store; pagoF24, for single and bulk F24 tax payments, embeddable via API in wallets, BaaS platforms and management software; and Open Banking payment services applied, among others, to the tax and accounting sectors.
