Biography

Cinzia Di Bartolo, graduated in Economics and International Finance at the Milan Catholic University, is an Executive Manager with over 15 years of experience within the banking & financial services. She began her career at leading international banks, e.g., HSBC and JP Morgan Chase, before moving into Management Consulting. She joined IBM Global Business Consulting, where she worked across Oil & Gas, Telecommunications and Automotive sectors, progressively specializing in Banking & Financial Services. In 2011, "Be Shaping the Future" called her to lead transformation projects at Italian banks. Since 2018, she has been Senior Advisor to the ABI and a trainer for bank staff and market professionals on payment innovation, Open Banking and digital transformation. Since 2023, she has also taken on the role of EBA Associate Member Representative and Payment Industry Leader for BE Management Consulting also managing collaborations with Fintechs and ABILab Artificial Intelligence Observatory.
