ANDREA CAPELLACCI

Biography

Andrea Capellacci graduated from the University of Bologna in 2001 with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering. After a research period at the Centre for Communication Systems Research (CCSR) at the University of Surrey (UK), he worked on ICT systems design and development for medium and large Italian and foreign companies operating in the public administration, banking and financing, utilities, TELCO, and VAS sectors. In 2010, he obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which he maintains through refresher courses, workshops, and his professional activity. In 2021, he joined ENTERPRISE SPA, where he initially oversaw the delivery and management of home banking products, and then became head of the Research & Development Department. He is currently involved in innovative projects involving both portfolio products and new digital banking solutions. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Italian Institute of Project Management (ISIPM), with which he organizes in-depth courses and training for Project Managers on topics relating to Agile and Lean Development methodologies.
