Biography

Alessia Scalera, Senior Sales Leader at Ingenico, with many years of experience in the payments industry in Italy and Cross Borders, so that she describes herself as a "Woman Hunter Passionate about Payments, Technology Applications, and Projects." Her IT management skills, combined with a strong commercial drive, have always allowed her to adequately support the processes, governance, and objectives assigned to the companies she has worked for, including Worldline, Euronet, American Express, and Enel. She joined Ingenico in January 2024, taking on roles of increasing responsibility. Today, she is responsible not only for developing effective commercial strategies and strengthening relationships of trust with major customers, but also for ensuring consistently high security standards at all levels. Always committed to supporting and promoting the role of women in IT and Payments, she is active in various industry Associations, aiming to transform discussions into action and experiences into concrete projects.
