Founded in 1989 by Francesco Carbonetti and today headed by nine partners, the Law Firm has two offices, located in Rome and Milan, and takes advantage of the collaboration of about thirty professionals. The Law Firm advises, also in terms of relations with the Supervisory Authorities, listed and non-listed companies, investment funds, banks, financial intermediaries, asset management companies, investment companies, payment institutions, electronic money institution, insurance companies, banking foundations, entities and trade associations operating in the financial sector. Carbonetti e Associati also represents, in the above practice areas, its own clients in court proceedings, including before Higher Courts, and in alternative disputes resolutions. The Firm can assist its clients in cross border transactions as well as foreign clients in their transactions in Italy.
