BizDev is a strategic and operational consulting firm that operates thanks to the expertise of its founders and senior partners who have joined in the last two years, in different areas related to the world of Payments and IoT. Specifically, it partners with both Banks, Acquirers, Fintech and System Integrators Payments & Banking and major clients in the Retail and Oil world: Strategic Consulting: we follow market trends and analyze the needs of the market itself directing the choices of our clients. We have the ability to support a project and design the go-to-market alongside clients. We know the regulations and we know how to define the best path for a concrete go-to-market in the assumed time and cost from both regulatory and technological aspects. Operational consulting: we analyze and design together with our clients the processes and possible products to ensure a successful implementation of the planned product/service. Here we have relationships with major partners and suppliers of devices and infrastructure in the payments world. We follow the business development of Datecs, an emerging European OEM terminal manufacturer specializing in the mPOS world and Android terminals. We are also releasing a truly innovative UPT solution for both the Vending/Parking/Kiosk and Transit worlds. Technical Consulting, R&D & PM: With our BizPlus s.r.l. and other group companies, we manage complex processes from the choice of a technology, hardware or software supplier to the Project Management of complex regulated projects. Thanks to in-house expertise and some partners, we have implemented several projects in the field of Payment, in particular: Terminals: developed and certified our own CB2 kernel installed on Datecs and other products. Followed all CB2 certification processes of Datecs products and others, including key management, TMS, Secure-Android Store. SIB SW platform: managing some sw development partners, fully implementing the core banking of two Payment Institution bringing them into service with tens of thousands of users integrating Acquiring, Issuing, Payment Accounts and Open Banking solutions. https://www.linkedin.com/company/18341560
