Kaleyra is an international group specialized in mobile messaging services for banks, big companies and SME. Through a global owned platform, Kaleyra manages integrated multi-channel communication services featuring messages, push notifications, e-mails, instant messaging, voice services and chatbots. Kaleyra is a new international group created by Ubiquity, with the acquisition of Solutions Infini. Ubiquity is an Italian company holding over two thirds of the Italian market of mobile messaging services for banks. On the other hand, Solutions Infini is an Indian company specialized in mobile messaging services for companies, in particular for SMEs, booming on Asian market and it is the only player on that market to provide integrated communication solutions via SMS, email and voice. In August 2018 Kaleyra announced the acquisition in the United States of Hook Mobile, a company specialized in the mobile services sector for companies and owner of an innovative messaging platform based on the cloud computing model. Thanks to the sharing of technology and platforms of the acquired companies, today the offer of Kaleyra is one of the most innovative of the market.
