Jean-Marc Pailhol is a distinguished executive with over three decades of experience across insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Officer of Global Strategic Partnerships at Allianz Partners since January 2020, his impressive career includes executive positions at Allianz SE as Head of Group Market Management & Distribution (2016-2020) and Allianz France leading Distribution and SME/Midcorp divisions (2009-2015). His 21 years in the banking sector encompass leadership roles at La Poste Group, La Banque Postale, and Banque Fédérale des Banques Populaires, where he managed teams of up to 12,000 people. As an ESSEC Business School graduate with additional credentials in law and politics studies, Jean-Marc combines strategic vision with operational excellence. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a father of four children, a keynote speaker, and enjoys rugby, hunting, and scuba diving.
