Andrea Chiarello leads the Cards and Payment Business Transformation team at EY, helping organizations achieve measurable and sustainable performance improvements. With a strong focus on customer-centric digital transformation, he supports clients in attracting, retaining, and growing profitable customer relationships through innovative approaches to customer experience, marketing, sales, and service strategy. With a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bari, he began his career in an innovation development hub, later taking on responsibility for the consulting business unit. He has successfully guided numerous innovation and new product development initiatives from concept to market launch-covering ideation, business analysis, technical feasibility, design, planning, and implementation. With over 19 years of experience in management consulting, Andrea has partnered with leading players across Cards & Payments, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, and Energy.
