In BancoPosta since 2000 - after experience in loyalty management, product development (above all transaction products), internet banking and segment management – is now head of Customer Value Management of the Payment System in Poste Italiane.
In this position is designing the marketing automation architecture, defining the omnichannel customer journey strategy, and leading the intelligence team building the data driven marketing strategy.
Graduated in Political Science from the University of Siena and in DAMS from the University of Rome, hold an MBA from STOA’ Business School in Naples.
