SalaryFits has just been selected by the Research Center on Technology, Innovation, and Finance (CeTIF), from the Catholic University of Milan, as the most interesting fintech in Italy for Personal Credit. The announcement was made during the Fintech Bootcamp in Milan, an event that brought together the main startup companies in the country.

The global study sponsored by IBM Italy, known as Outlook Fintech, analyzed more than 100 fintech companies active in the Italian market. The Fintechs were categorized in four segments: – Payment, Blockchain & DLT; – Marketplace and Finergic; – IoT & Connected Device; – Personal Finance, Trading and Credit. SalaryFits has recently expanded to the international market, with initiatives already in six different countries (UK, Portugal, Italy, Mexico, Spain and India). With SalaryFits, financial institutions can integrate their systems with payroll information of entities, providing access to a new risk assessment tool, as well as the possibility of deducting installments directly from one’s salary.

The platform is notably the market leader in Brazil and it processes over 5 million payroll discounts monthly, helping to build a more sustainable and inclusive financial system and benefitting around 3 million Brazilians. “This recognition will give us a lot of visibility in a market where Salary Deductions Loans already exists, but that still needs innovation and new technologies. It is, therefore, a perfect environment to introduce a platform that can fully automate the current Salary Deduction loan processes, decrease bureaucracies and at the same provide individuals with fairer financial products. “, says Moacir Giansante, Country Manager of SalaryFits in Italy.
